Hot Cocoa Cookies with Whipped Cream Frosting

These chocolate cookies with hot cocoa mix are baked with a marshmallow in the center and topped with whipped cream frosting and crushed peppermint candy canes!

Ingredients: butter granulated sugar brown sugar vanilla extract hot cocoa mix cocoa powder baking soda salt eggs flour chocolate chips marshmallows

Step 1: Cream the butter and sugars together.

Step 2: Add the rest of the ingredients with a hand mixer. Make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula!

Step 3: Roll the dough into 3 tablespoon balls. Flatten them with your hands and place a marshmallow in the center.

Step 4: Roll the dough around the marshmallow, making sure to cover it completely. Let chill for 20 minutes.
