Turtle Cheesecake with Biscoff Cookie Crust


Step One: Crush the Biscoff cookies and pecans in a food processor. Mix with melted butter and brown sugar. Firmly press the crust on the bottom and up the sides of the pan.

Step Two: Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream in a mixing bowl and microwave in 20 second increments until melted. Pour on the bottom of the crust.

Step Three: With a hand mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and eggs until just mixed.
