It doesn't have to be Thanksgiving to enjoy delicious turkey! This crockpot turkey tenderloin is so simple to make and requires only a few steps! Pair it will mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, and green beans for a well-rounded and delicious meal!
Mince the garlic, dice the carrots, and slice the onion. Set aside.
Add the turkey breast tenderloin in to the crockpot. Add the sage, thyme, paprika, dill, and oregano to the tenderloin. Use your hands to rub the spices all over the tenderloin.
Add 2 cups of chicken stock to the crockpot.
Add the onion, garlic, and carrots to the crockpot.
Set the crockpot to low and let cook for 5 hours or high for 2 1/2 hours.
Pair with your favorite sides and enjoy!
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to take the internal temperature of the thickest part of the tenderloin. The temperature should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
